- To process refunds, cancellations must be made at least 2 days in advance. A 15% penalty applies for administrative costs.
In case of force majeure, cancellations can be made up to 12 hours before the tour begins. - Be punctual at the meeting point established by the person in charge or travel agency on the day of the activity.
- All children over four (4) years of age must pay the fee established by the agency. If the child is under 4 years of age, the parent must carry them.
